After a decade of running bookstores for Borders Books and Music, Mary Griggs turned her attention toward nonprofit management. She co-owns Pacific Training and Resources, a consulting firm that focuses on non-profits and serves on the 501(c)4 board for Forum For Equality, an equality organization that protects the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in the state of Louisiana.
When she is not advocating for social change, she is exploring the food life of New Orleans and finding new things to write about. She has written four novels, all published by Bella Books.
